Abstract: This thesis provides insight into wireless sensor networks and the algorithms used in them to provide optimized coverage and power efficiency. These wireless sensor networks (otherwise known as WSN's) have special uses that require the best in both of these parameters and as such we have tested some algorithms in a hexagonal WSN simulation specifically for accuracy and to note any differences from the traditional cellular automata square grid. - Related Place
