Scope and Content: Series documents the Office of the Principal carrying out its functions as the chief executive officer of the college.Includes correspondence, reports on research, travel and sabbatical leaves, studies of the organization of the college, the college's first 5-year plan, the terms of employment for Principal D. Watkins, and the Bourns Report. The Bourns Report contained proposals for structural change in the university system of North Eastern Ontario, contained in the report of the Committee of Executive Heads, under chairmanship of Dr. A.N. Bourns consultant on North Eastern Ontario to the Ontario Council on University Affairs.
