Scope and Content

Collection comprises Aboriginal language religious texts gathered by the Diocese of Algoma and its clergy throughout its history as part its mission to the Aboriginal peoples in the diocese. 

Includes grammars, dictionaries, hymnals, gospels, testaments and other types of religious texts in Cree and Ojibway.
